MY REPLY TO THE DPC
Dear Office of the DPC,
Thank you for your reply.
If I may, 'In due course' does a lot of heavy lifting in the Office of the DPC. It is now more than 3 years since I first made a complaint about the Public Services Card and the DPC has yet to make a single decision in relation to this complaint. You now also have prima facia evidence that the Dept. deliberately and with malice aforethought, failed to comply with my 2019 SAR. The failure of the DPC to act in a timely fashion leaves me open to attacks from those named in my reply from the DPC such as Senator Regina Doherty who has again denied the use of test cases publicly on twitter whilst accusing me of being a bully. You have the prima facia evidence that this is a lie and I ask again, please move faster than you have done to date. These are my rights under GDPR being decimated publicly by a Senator who was the Minister of SW who was forced to delete the millions of illegally obtained journey data of up to a million PSC travel pass holders.
It is also vital to note that there is an ongoing legal case in the Courts where the evidence contained in my complaint is of significance, again, this affects thousands of workers and you have the evidence, which you can act upon right now, to prevent further false data being put in the public domain.
Yours Sincerely,
